The absolute best hat ever! This hat has two solar power adjustable fans that work great! I charged both of the fans immediately after opening the hat. Once I let both fans charge I popped them back into place in their designated areas on the Rimz of the hat and turned them on! I put them in the solar position and went out the door to test the hat out. I must say this is such a great concept and product! The sun hit my hat and boom on kicked the fans and man do they have great air flow! You can change the fan speed setting as well which is awesome! Great for when we are out on the boat, mowing the lawn, playing outside with the kiddos, cooking on the grill, great for any outdoor activity when the sun is out! I originally bought this for my husband as he does landscaping but I take it all the time and use it! I highly recommend and now my entire family needs one for each person!

Fans came charged enough for first use.
The hat itself is lightweight and flimsy, definitely not sturdy as the picture depicts…. But one of the guy’s we gave this to had the idea to turn the hat around with the fans at the back of his neck - and he very much enjoyed it.
The fans are not ultra strong but they keep the heat and bugs away.
The switch powers the fan to Sun for solar-power or Batt for Battery-powered. The small button is for fan speed 1-3. The fan clips into the hat rather easily and stays in place. Definitely not the worst product I’ve bought from an ad - and the guys are happy, a little cooler, and protected from the sun.

great for the direct sun with wide Rimz. but being black it will absorb the heat; any other color would be superior: white, tan, grey, etc..the lighter the better.
the two mini solar fans clip into the Rimz. the brim is pretty stiff and supports the fans pretty good. not seeing any dipping like others have stated.
can be solar charged or plug into a usb port. with hat on and fans in front, the breeze blows into face, right at corners of my eyes. i think this will dry out your eyes unless somehow the glasses you wear prevent the air flow
with the fans rotated to the back, the air flows on to your neck, which to me is better. the fans have slow, medium and fast speeds but the button is very tiny.

This solar fan hat is amazing. It keeps my head cool on hot sunny days here in the Texas heat, and the little fans actually work really well when the sun hits the solar panels and you can also charge it with a USB as well. I was surprised how much air they blow! The hat is light and comfortable to wear, and great for walks, gardening, or just being outside in general. Super smart design. I purchased this hat for my husband because his job has him outside all day throughout the year and through every season. With us entering the warmer weather now I saw advertisements for this hat and jumped on getting it. We received it today and he decided to try it out with yard work and was pleasantly surprised how well it kept him cool. The material is durable and breathable and the the fans kept a consistent current of airflow.
Summer swim team is in full swing and I am on deck as a ref for the entire meet. Used this for the first time this past weekend and it was amazing! I did pre-charge the fans, but they lasted all 5 hours of the meet on the second highest setting. The wide Rimz kept my face and neck and tops of my shoulders out of the sun…and we live in Houston, so it’s hot and humid!!
I took it off at the end of the meet and put in my neck fan just to compare and i was INSTANTLY feeling the heat much more! The SPF 50 definitely helps with the direct sun rays to the head!
Pros: huge Rimz, great air flow, solar charging, long lasting, adjustable head sizing for just about anyone.
Cons: due to the weight of the fans, the Rimz does eventually bow a bit and even with the ability to adjust the head size, it did start to fall down my face near the end. I did not try wearing it in reverse.
That said, those cons are really nothing. 100% I would buy again. Hopefully it lasts the season and beyond! Got lots of compliments on it too😉
